Exhibition Site
The exhibition site includes:
- Exhibition halls: (A,B,D,E,F,G)
- Hospitality chalets (type A ¹ 45-53; type B ¹ 1-24; type C ¹ 25-44)
- Temporary halls (hangar type): (¹ 1-18)
- Outdoor exhibition areas and static display areas
- Auxiliary buildings and constructions
Halls A,B,C,D,E and F are one-floor buildings, constructed of the light metal structures on the basis of two typical modules.
Dimensions: halls A,B – 30x60m, D,E,F – 33x63m
In the A and B halls the maximum height of the exhibits and stand constructions is 5 m, in the halls D,E and F – 6 m.
All the halls are equipped with the three roll-type gates with the pass-way dimensions of 4x4m (halls A & B) and 4x6m (halls D,E and F).
The hall G is made under the special project. It is a two-isle building 48x 60m constructed of the metal load-carrying structures. Walls and roof are made of the three-layer sandwich-type panels. This hall is equipped with two gates 4,5x6m, maximum height of exhibits and stand constructions – 7m.
The hall H is a two-aisle building (30m span) with the size 60x96m. The maximum height is 10.5m. Walls and roof of the pavilion consist of three-layer sandwich-panels. The pavilion is eqipped with with 5 gates 4.5x6m. Maximum height of exhibits and stand constructions – 7m
All the halls are provided with the water supply and drainage systems for the summer-time usage. Electric boards for the electricity supply of the stands are located at the perimeter walls of the halls. The insight lighting is artificial. The halls are equipped with the telephone lines and fire-alarm systems.
The halls have concrete floor.
Suspension is possible, but should be agreed preliminary with the AVIASALON JSC engineers and technical personnel.
There are 3 types of the chalets at the exhibition site.
Type A - 2 blocks of chalets (¹ 45-53)
There are 5 chalets in one block and 4 in the other. The building is two-store, made of the metal structures with the use of the sandwich panels. The total area of the type III chalet is 160 sq.m.
There is a balcony for watching of the demonstration flight program on the upper floor of these chalets.
Type B includes 4 blocks of chalets (¹ 1-24)
Each block is a one-store building of 600 sqm. total area (60x10m) made of blocks, metal structures and glass windows. There are 6 chalets in one block. (each chalet 10x10m).
Type C - 2 blocks of chalets (¹ 25-44)
The construction of the type C chalets is similar to the one of the type B but instead of blocks, sandwich panels with the silicate cotton filling are used. There are 10 chalets in each block (each chalet 8x10m).
All three types of chalets are provided with:
Electric boards 10 kWt, electric lighting, telephone line, fire alarm, water supply and drainage system for the summer-time usage (including toilet cabins).
There are small car parking areas near each chalet.
Temporary halls (hangar type) are placed on the concrete pavement without the basement. These are the metal arch-type halls of two types. They differ in the number of gates and in size.
First type - halls ¹1 - 5 and ¹12 – 16:
Dimensions – 33x15m
One roll-type gates 4x4 m.
Second type - halls ¹ 6 – 11 and 17 - 18
Dimensions – 60x17m
Two gates 4x4m
All temporary halls are provided with the electric power, water supply and drainage and telephone lines.
Besides these, in case of need the temporary quick-build plastic halls with tent roof (1000-2000sq.m.) (B1, J, I) can be mounted on territory of the exhibition site.
Outdoor exhibition areas are equipped with the electric boards (10 kWt, 220/380v 50Hz)
The exhibition site also includes the auxiliary buildings:
- Central pavilion C (30x30m) in which the restaurant for VIP persons and delegations is situated.
- Administration building
- Stationary lavatory for 250 persons
- Bituminous concrete roads.
- Car parking areas
- Transformer substations
