MAKS-2011!
The participants
registered in the service order management system may order the “VIP-BUSINESS” category
entrance ticket to the International Aerospace Exhibition via the participant
personal account.
The visitors of MAKS-2011 can purchase the “VIP-BUSINESS” category
entrance ticket in the MAKS-2011 – “Aviasalon” JSC directorate office.
The “VIP – BUSINESS”
category individual entrance tickets and coupons for entrance of vehicles are
issued on a paid basis as a set that includes an individual badge and a coupon
for entrance of vehicle, the heads of enterprises and organizations
The “VIP-BUSINESS” category entrance ticket includes:
- an individual badge
that allows to pass to the territory of the MAKS-2011, from 16 to 21 of August
- a coupon for entrance of vehicle allows to pass to the territory of the airport “Ramenskoye”
through the Central entrance or the Entrance ¹1 to the parking lot ¹1 on established
route from 16 to 21 of August
- the right to visit the “PRIORITY” special area at the exhibition
grounds *
* The
services in the “PRIORITY” are performed on a paying basis; the placement on
the “PRIORITY” stands is limited.
The driver and the passengers
with “VIP-BUSINESS” category vehicle entrance coupons may pass through the “Ramenskoye” airport Entrance
without individual badges or tickets. In this case they buy tickets at the box
office before the entrance post control-2of exhibition complex. This rule does not apply on August 16!
Price list:
The cost of “VIP-BUSINESS” category entrance ticket is 17,995 rubles (including VAT 18%).
Entrance ticket purchase conditions:
To purchase the
“VIP-BUSINESS” category entrance ticket it is necessary to fill in the
application form:
The application form must be
filled in block letters, signed, certified with a company seal and sent to the “Aviasalon”
JSC via e-mail VB@aviasalon.com or
by fax: +7 (495) 787-66-52.
The application for entrance ticket purchase is accepted
on a paid basis via bank transfer.
The confirmation of the application receipt is the issued invoice on the basis of
the filed application.
The payment shall be received not later than 5
working days from the date of invoice.
The
date of payment is the date of cash inflow to the operating account of “Aviasalon”
JSC.
The “VIP-BUSINESS” category entrance ticket would be made after the
payment of an invoice on the basis of the application form prepared
by the Customer and the table in Excel format for “VIP-BUSINESS” category
entrance ticket printing filled with the necessary data:

individual badge (full name, date of birth, permanent address,
passport series and number);
- vehicle entrance coupon (vehicle brand and license
plate number).

In case of Customer’s refuse
to receive the paid entrance ticket or inability to receive the entrance ticket
due to Customer’s fault, the “Aviasalon” JSC does not refund the cost.
The issue of entrance ticket is performed by
virtue of the power of attorney on form M-2.

In the absence of the
letter of attorney the Customer’s representative couldn’t receive the entrance
ticket.
