1. Exhibition access control
The visitors and personnel shall be admitted to the
territory of the MAKS-2011 by passes and
tickets only. The entrance check point checks the identification badges and
performs personal inspection of visitors and their hand luggage. The badge holder must
have a passport or any other ID.
During the exhibition period, August 16 thru 21 the visitors
may pass to the exhibition grounds through three entry check points furnished
with ticket booths.
The visitors who haven’t bought the tickets in advance
may purchase them on the venue for the Exhibition on the day of visitation. The
pre-sale ticket price is lower than the price on the day of the visit.
Children before age 14 accompanied by adults are eligible to visit the Airshow free of charge.
Attention! August 16 there is no access to the territory of
the MAKS-2011, the tickets are NOT
commercially available.
2.
Passage with vehicle entrance coupons
From 16 to 21 of August 2011 the entrance to the town of Zhukovsky for the transport of nonresidents without special passes to the
MAKS-2011 will be prohibited.
During the MAKS-2011 working period, August 16 thru
21, 2011 in the area of Ostrovci – Zhukovsky – Bykovo, the special control of
the vehicles moving in the direction of the exhibition complex is performed. The
vehicles with MAKS-2011 entrance coupons shall not be obstructed to pass in the
direction of the exhibition complex. From August 16 thru 21, 2011 the vehicles
without MAKS-2011 entrance coupons shall be directed to the free of charge
intercepting parking lot “Bykovo”, where the visitors shall leave their cars
and take MAKS-2011 service buses that fetch them to the entry check points of
the exhibition complex.
At the check points of the “Ramenskoye” airfield the vehicles passing to the exhibition grounds will be checked
for the entrance coupons and may be inspected for
security reasons. The driver and the passengers of the vehicles with vehicle
entrance coupons to the MAKS-2011 may not have individual passes or tickets. In
this case they buy tickets in ticket booths near the entry check points of the
exhibition complex.
3.
A passage using public transport
Visitors going to the exhibition may also take a train
from Kazansky railway station to station “Otdyh”, “Platform 42 km”, then
service buses of the MAKS-2011 which run to the territory of the entry check
point-1 or the entry check point-2. They may also go from metro station
“Vykhino” by buses Nos 424, 478 or from metro station “Kuzminki” to bus stop “Latskova Street”
and then by service buses of the MAKS-2011 to the territory of the exhibition
complex.
The passengers of the MAKS-2011 service buses may not
have individual passes or tickets. In
this case they buy tickets in ticket booths near the entry check points of the
exhibition complex.
4.
Items permitted for transportation/carriage into the territory of the
exhibition complex
1. All material values being moved through the
Entrances of the “Ramenskoye” airfield are subject to the search for items prohibited
for transportation and carriage.
2. Items permitted for transportation/carriage into
(from) the territory of the exhibition complex:
- office-promotional consumable materials;
- personal office appliances, including mobile phones,
laptops, etc.;
- photo and video equipment;
- foodstuff (except alcoholic beverages);
- personal belongings;
- medicine and related items provided the documents (prescription)
for this medicine from medical institution is available.
5. Items and substances prohibited for transportation/carriage
into the territory of the exhibition complex
- firearms and cold steel arms, piercing and cutting
items;
- flammable and explosive substances;
- chemicals and toxic substances;
- items which may cause trauma;
- large-dimension articles exceding 50x40x20 cm;
- alcoholic beverages, soft drinks in glass
containers;
- illicit substances, narcotic drugs, etc.
