Rules for Using the Logo, Firm Block and
Graphic Materials of Aviasalon JSC:
Terms and Definitions:
Logo is an original pattern of the full or short name of an organization or
product. Logo is a verbal part of a trademark or a combination of a mark
and text.
Firm block is an original, easily recognizable graphic composition comprising the
trademark, company name, postal and banking details and, probably, a motto. F.b. may be used on letterheads and
envelopes without change.
Graphic materials are photographs, images, illustrations in different site sections placed
on the company’s official website.
1. The logo and
firm block contain trademarks, all exclusive rights for which belong to Aviasalon
JSC and which are protected in accordance with the Russian and international
law.
2. Any MAKS symbols
may be used in manufacturing of souvenirs or other products upon receipt by the
manufacturing company of the Permission for the Use of MAKS-2011 Symbols from Aviasalon
JSC only.
3. The use of the
logo, firm block and graphic materials in any promotional materials (own or
third parties’) for commercial purposes is prohibited.
4. The logo, firm
block and graphic materials placed on the website may be used in the original
registered form only.
4.1. When using the
logo it is prohibited to:
- modify graphic
proportions of the logo;
- modify distances between
letters and graphic elements;
- replace any letters in the
logo;
- shorten the logo;
- use the logo in a text;
- use the logo angle-wise;
- use any other colors other
than the corporate ones;
- use the logo and/or its
parts as a part of other logos, trademarks, firm names, mottos, etc.
4.2. When using the
firm block it is prohibited to:
- modify any proportions of
the pattern, such as: compression, stretching or any other distortion of the
main logo block;
- modify the scale,
proportion, angle and configuration of the logo against the text block;
- modify letter spacing of the
text or use another pattern of the logo block;
- replace any letters in the
block or shorten the block;
- use any filters or effects for
the firm block;
- use any other colors other
than the corporate ones.
5. Aviasalon JSC
reserves the right to change these Rules at any time at its sole discretion, as
well as to prohibit the User(s) to place the logo, firm block or graphic
materials, or to claim compensation for damages caused by unauthorized use of
the logo, firm block or graphic materials.
6. The use of the
logo, firm block and graphic materials by means which have not been expressly
authorized by these Rules is allowed upon written consent of Aviasalon JSC
only, otherwise such actions may be recognized as illegal use of the trademark
of Aviasalon JSC which entails a statutory responsibility.
