II CONFERENCE: SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL TRAINING FOR AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY

REPORT

On August 21, 2009 in framework of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2009 United Aircraft Corporation held a conference devoted to restoration of human resources potential in aircraft industry. More than 200 representatives of aviation enterprises, universities and institutions took part in the event. The conference was aimed at effective solution of key problems in HR policy of UAC.

Representatives of UAC top management, National Aviation Center, aviation universities, RF Ministry of Education and Science, RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, aviation enterprises and competent aviation experts have reported on key problems of the HR potential.

• Creation of the National Center of Aircraft Building in Zhukovsky.
• Problem of personnel training for aviation industry in the frameworks of the Federal target programs of development of civil aviation and military-industrial complex.
• Areas of improvement of corporate system of training.
• Usage of potential of institutions for professional education in solving a problem of human resources in the industry.

In framework of the conference winners of the competition “Young Scientists – for Russian Aircraft Building” were awarded.
