MAKS 2011 Official Handling and Forwarding Agents and Customs Brokers are ExpoWesTrans ZAO and Expo-M LLC.
These companies offer full range of services including coordination of international transport, import / re-export, customs clearance, on-site handling of exhibits and stand fitting materials, storage of empties, necessary equipment and labor force, registration of the entry passes for trucks.
The shipping Guidelines, Tariffs as well as the regulations for document
registration to enter the fairgrounds for mounting / dismantling period
you can request from the Official Freight Forwarders of the Salon.
All exhibits and
stand fitting materials will be customs cleared under temporary import
bond and must be re-exported from Russia immediately after closing of
the Salon.
Loading and uploading works that are carried out with use of loading mechanisms, have to be carried out only by specialists of EXPOWESTRANS ZAO and EXPO-M LLC. (official forwarding companies of the Salon). It is forbidden to use mechanized devices (including vehicles equipped with loading handlers) and personnel of other organizations. |
