Fourth European Air Transport Congress
17th - 18th of August withing the framework of MAKS 2011 in Zhukovsky

Congress will be
opened by officials of the European Union, Federation Council of the Federal
Assembly of the Russian Federation, and German Aerospace Industries
Association. Event is devoted to vivid problems of the development and trends
of air transport market, fleet, international regulation, infrastructure and
innovations.
Panel 1. The Modern Air Transport Market
and its Prospects: Air
Transport market is in the stage of the economic instability. A&D Market.
New conditions and criteria of the market activity. Tendencies, development,
prospect aspects, etc. Key persons from leading air transport companies and
marketing analyst speak for you.
Panel 2. Development of the National and International
Regulation of the Air Transport: National and
international regulation in charter market and transport aircraft engineering.
State policy and participation in the area. Transport aircraft engineering –
business or politics? Establishment and development of the infrastructure of
modern transport aircraft and aircraft of the future. Infrastructure. Speakers
from international aviation organisations, Russian and German Parliaments,
EASA, NATO, EDA etc.
Panel 3. Podium Discussion. Modern Air Transport Fleet and its Development: World’s air transport fleet. Military and civil segments. New United
European Transport Command and joint air transport fleet. Criteria of economic
efficiency of modern aircraft. Prospects of modernisation and renovation of
aircraft transport fleet. Financing of the modern air transport generation.
Transport aircraft as an object of the international cooperation. CEOs and top
managers of international aircraft production companies and aircraft designers
will present their reports.
Panel 4. Presentation of products from innovative decisions in Air Transport Branch. Middle
and small innovation development firms from Russia and Europe present their new
ideas, methods and products for aviation industry and infrastructure.
Schedule for the
next day (18.08.11) will include a visit to MAKS Air Show, overview of the
exposition, sightseeing, meetings with representatives from Russia’s
aviation industry and Government.
