OF PARTICIPATION
The awards “BEST EXPOSITION OF MAKS 2011” is held in the frames of MAKS 2011. The awards is destined to estimate the best and the brightest decisions ùà participation in the Air Show: design of exhibition stands, advertizing attributes, organization of events.

Each and every
exhibitor of International Aviation and Space Salon is welcome to take part in
this particular awards. To participate in the Awards you shall apply to the exhibition
contractors using the established pro-formas not later than August 1, 2011.

REGULATIONS FOR AWARDS

The Awards Procedure:
For the purpose of objectiveness in deciding the Awards’
winner we have appointed a
committee that includes representatives of The Ministry of Industry and Trade, AVIASALON
JSC, AIRCRAFT INTERIORS ASSOCIATION, and media representative. Mr.
Manturov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation, is appointed the President of the Awards’ jury.
The committee examines a booth
(within the opening time of Aviation Show:
August 16, 17, 18) and estimates it according to the following criteria:
- presentation
of a new breakthrough product;
- presentation
of know-how in technical processes, production, etc.;
- application of new
technologies and equipment in product or
services demonstration;
- application of modern
advertising methods, including print, sound, etc.;
- design and style of booth
decoration;
- presence of innovative
elements and compositions in booth or chalet decoration;
- arrangement
of press conferences, seminars, conferences,
branch events, etc.
Each
criterion is estimated by expert council within five-grade scale.
Each
category has one winner.
The red carpet
awarding ceremony is held on August, 19 (the 4th day of Aviation
Show open), with a high participation of representatives of aviation
community and mass media. The ceremony venue will be announced further.
