The Forum «Trends and outlook for development of business aviation and general aviation markets in Russia» will be held within the frameworks of the business program of MAKS 2009.
Main advantage of the business aviation is its "mobility" - the ability to conduct domestic and international air operations on individual routs and according to desires of business aviation service consumers. Business aviation being the part of general aviation can not exist and develop outside legal frameworks and the market itself.
Changing economic situation, regulatory and legal framework, consumer needs, potential of producers and air carriers - all this factors force the segment of general aviation to exist in constant dynamics.
Russian market of business aviation is considered by investors as one of the most promising. With regard to the state of world economies in general and of Russian economy in particular, we invite business aviation market players to discuss potential and outlook of the market's development.

Main topics of the Forum:

• Harmonization of legislative and regulatory system of business aviation and general aviation in Russia with international standards and recommended ICAO practice;
• Standards of safety control for flights of light aviation;
• Optimization of acquisition and registration of business and general aviation aircrafts on the territory of Russia;
• Analysis of air transportation (incl. air taxi);
• Promising investment projects (incl. those for infrastructure objects);
• Peculiarities of certification of aircrafts;
• Organization of effective management of aircrafts;
• Infrastructure supply of aircrafts for business aviation and general aviation (airplanes, helicopters, gyroplanes);
• Problems in training of flight personnel and technical personnel for business aviation and ways to solve these problems;
• Aviation risk insurance.

During the Forum you will hear reports made by representatives of the Federation Council of State Duma of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, State Center "Security of flights on air transport", Rostechnologii State Corp., ICAO, UBAA, RBAA, Gromov Flight Research Institute and also producers and operators of aircrafts in the segment of business and general aviation.

We invite representatives of Ministries and Departments, producers and operators of aircrafts in the business aviation segment, suppliers of technologies, production and services for general aviation, representatives of legal, consulting and investment companies to participate in the Forum.

Format of the event presupposes holding of the plenary session and tour of the static display of aircrafts producers on MAKS 2009.
