Dear colleagues!
We hope that
the tenth anniversary exhibition of the achievements in aerospace technology, as
well as all arrangements that will take place within the framework of this
important event, will be of interest to you and become an actual subject for mass
media.
Thank you
in advance for understanding of certain difficulties in organization of your
work at MAKS that are connected with the location of exhibition complex and
specific security requirements.
In order to
ensure your accreditation, the PROVISION has been developed that shall govern
actions of mass media representatives and organizers of the exhibition. Before filling
up the accreditation application form please learn about your duties and responsibilities.
 ACCREDITATION CONDITIONS
The
accreditation to MAKS shall be carried out in two stages.
The first stage:
filling up an application form for
accreditation of your mass media that you can find at the bottom of this page. The
application form shall be filled up and submitted before July 18.
The second stage:
personal accreditation of employees of your mass media. The application form for
filling will be sent to e-mail specified by you at registration (in your
application). The filled up form, in accordance with your accreditation quotas,
must be submitted before August 1.
The
employees of major information agencies, TV and radio broadcasting companies
that regularly and widely illustrate work of MAKS, will be accredited in single
lists per editorial offices.
In case of any
delay in the submission of application the Press center of the Air Show can not
guarantee issue of the “Media” pass;
The
application will be forwarded to the Press center automatically, after pressing
the button “SEND”.
ATTENTION: All
sections of the accreditation form must be filled up. The response about a
possibility to provide accreditation to your mass media and (in case of its
approval) all further information on the accreditation of your employees will
be sent to the e-mail of a contact person. Therefore please do not indicate
more than one e-mail.
The accreditation
application form must contain the official name of mass media in Russian. If its
employees are not Russian citizens then they shall provide data in Russian or in
English in accordance with passports that will certify their persons during the
work at MAKS.
