AEROPLEX BECOMES AIRUNION’S TECHNICAL PROVIDER

         At MAKS 2007 AirUnion, the union of Russia's air companies, made an agreement with the Hungarian Aeroplex. Aeroplex will provide maintenance services to the Russian union for the Boeing 737, Boeing 767 and in the nearest future for the Boeing 757.
   At first the maintenance of the Russian company's western aircrafts will be conducted in Hungary. Later however Aeroplex maintenance centers will be opened at the Domodedovo airports as well as in Krasnoyarsk. The experts of these centers will specialize in the maintenance of the interior, undercart, accumulators and will tend to the external and internal cleaning of the aircraft. The staff of the Domodedovo and Krasnoyarsk maintenance bases will be trained at the Aeroplex main center in Budapest.
   Aerolex with headquarters in the international airport in Budapest has been an independent technical provider since 1992. Earlier Aeroplex was part of the Malev Hungarian Airlines.
