First Russian portable GLONASS reception indicator shown at MAKS

         A portable reception indicator for the Global Navigation Satellite Systems GLONASS and GPS was demonstrated for the first time to the general public at MAKS 2007. This pocket device can compete with its best foreign analogues in effectiveness and convenience and at the same time its strong sides are reliability and precision.

         The developer - OAO MKB KOMPAS - also provides software which guarantees the stability of its work. The navigator is equipped with the electronic cards used by Russia's Joint Staff.
