RULES FOR USE OF MATCHMAKING SYSTEM

This document regulates rules for use of Matchmaking System (hereinafter referred to as the System) at the official web-site of MAKS 2011 - Aviasalon.com.
This document is prepared by Administration of MatchMaking System and is fundamental in resolution of all conflicts that might occur while using the System. This document comes into force on 08.06.2011. These rules are compulsory for all users of MatchMaking System - participants of MatchMaking Community. Rules for use of the System guarantee free and cultural business communication. The document can be changed by Administration at any time - in this case participants of MatchMaking Community will be additionally informed.
Using of the System is considered to be evidence that participants of the Community unreservedly accept stipulation of this document.

All messages sent within the System reflect personal opinion of senders. Administration of the System doesn't bear responsibility for contents of messages.
Also Administration doesn't bear responsibility for speed of responses.

Terms

Registration: procedure of creating profile for users of MatchMaking Community. This means that information about user's company will be disclosed within the frameworks of the System (company's name, description, address etc.) and all users will be given logins and passwords for their further identification in the System.

Administration: participants of MatchMaking Community that have exclusive rights and control efficiency and implementation of the general rules.

Administrator: authorized representative of Administration of the System, who controls implementation of rules for use of the System and sees to proper communication between participants of MatchMaking Community.

Technical support service: authorized representatives of Administration of the System who help participants of MatchMaking Community solve technical problems and answer questions concerning usage of the System. Technical support is in charge of correct work of interfaces and Service.

Blocking of user: disconnection of login of MatchMaking Community participant from the System.

Recommendations to participants of MatchMaking Community:

Do not give away your access details for MatchMaking System. If someone makes an appointment on your behalf with your potential partner or writes insulting message, your account might be blocked by Administrator.
If you receive a message that contains insulting information, you can make a complaint to Administrator. This will help exclude improper users from Matchmaking Community and create favorable atmosphere for business communication.

1.1. All visitors of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2011 can register in MatchMaking System. Visitor receives demonstrational 5 days access and is able to make not more than 3 appointments (or receive invitations to 3 meetings). Upon expiration of one of these conditions access to the System will be limited. Demonstrational access doesn't allow user to view contact details of participants of MatchMaking Community.
1.2. To extend access to MatchMaking System user has to confirm his/her status of a business-visitor. In order to do so he/she has to buy entrance ticket for specialists; enter his/her "Private cabinet" and indicate the number written on the ticket (field "for entry at www.aviasalon.com"). If this number is indicated correctly, account will be automatically activated and user will be able to continue working with the System.
1.3. Attention! Don't try to guess ticket numbers. After 5 unsuccessful attempts your account will be blocked for 24 hours.
1.4. Having confirmed your registration in MatchMaking System, you automatically agree to follow these rules.
1.5. Responsibility for any actions within the System bears the owner of account, regardless of who really acted under this account.
1.6. All users have to act respectfully towards each other.
1.7. It is forbidden to show racial, religious, sexual and other intolerance and/or discrimination towards other users.
1.8. It is forbidden to overuse large-sized logos.
1.9. It is forbidden to use swearwords in any language that can insult other participants of MatchMaking Community in any part of your message (title, text, signature etc.).
1.10. It is forbidden to publish disreputable information in description of your company.
1.11. It is forbidden to place information that contravenes legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.12. It is forbidden to use mass commercial advertising in e-mails - SPAM distribution.

2. Right of Administration of MatchMaking System

2.1. In case participants of MatchMaking System don't follow the rules of use of the System, Administrators have the right to block user's account without denoting the reason for blocking.
2.2. In case user hasn't been using the System for long, Administration has a right to remind him/her (via e-mail or by using the telephone number indicated in the application) about appointments made earlier.
