MAKS - 2007 - BUSINESS - VISITOR PROGRAM
SERVICE COST AND INFORMATION
Dear Sirs,
The VIII Aviation and Space Salon MAKS – 2007 will be held at the airfield of the
Gromov Flight Research Institute in Zhukovsky from 21 to 26 August 2007.
The Aviasalon JSC has been responsible for preparing and conducting MAKS – 2007 . Foreign tourists and businessmen may visit MAKS – 2007 on the Business-visitor program.
Business visitors have the right:
- to visit the exposition on any day in the period of 21 – 26 August from 9.00 till 19.00,
- to use all services provided in a Business-zone: a special stand for spectators to watch demonstration flights, a restaurant, cafes and shops, medical service and security,
- to drive in a private car into Parking sites 2 and 5 on the territory of the Institute,
- to use the assistance of a guide or interpreter.
One-day ticket cost in the framework of the Business-visitor program is 1500 rub including VAT.
Vehicle pass cost for a car or a mini-bus is 1200 rub, for a bus 1600 rub a day.
Guide and interpreter assistance cost including VAT is 5000 rub (3000 rub without an interpreter) and includes a two-hour excursion round the exhibition. Some excursions may be conducted on the following themes: “Space Research”, “Avionics”, ‘’Aero engine programs’’, “Rockets”. Some other thematic excursions may be conducted according to a special plan of subjects, e.g. aircraft, power plants, navigation systems and others. It’s being possible if the excursion is requested not later than 2 weeks before. The special thematic excursion cost including VAT is 7000 rub (5000 rub without an interpreter).
All payment may be done either by cash or credit cards.
To receive a visa a business visitor should submit at the Aviasalon JSC the following data: full name, passport number, date of birth, arrival /departure day, the place of applying for a visa (the RF Embassy or Consulate).
INVITATION, necessary to make a duty-free visa at the RF Embassy or Consulate, will be sent to the given fax number to the country from where a business visitor is expected to arrive, without consular fees.
All tickets and passes are possible to buy at the Aviasalon JSC.
