FSUE PC «Polyot» (Omsk) - is one of the major industrial enterprises of Russia which dedicates on the production of rocket-space and aeronautical engineering more than 65 years. Production capacities, high-level specialist skill, great scientific and performance potential, application of high technology in its days allowed PC «Polyot» to become a unique factory in Russia where delivered launch vehicles , spacecrafts, super-power engines RD-170, and military and civil aviation.
FSUE PC «Polyot» was established in 1941 as an aircraft construction factory. During the years of the Great Patriotic War at «Polyot» was made 80 bombers Ty-2, more than 3500 fighters Yak-9. The aircrafts which were made at «Polyot» took part in all the great battles including the Kursk Bulge and at the time of capture of Berlin. The French pilots fought from the famous regiment «Normandy Neman» on the Omsk Yak-s.
After the war the factory continued the production of aviation production. At «Polyot» were produced the best bomber of that time IL-28 and the 1st in the world civil jet-propelled airplane Ty-104.
From 60 Omsk «Polyot» began to produce rocket-space technology. From 1968 PC «Polyot» produced launch vehicles of the light class «Cosmos-3M», which is demanded on the international market of space services and nowadays owing to the flight reliability – 0,97. More than 750 times «Cosmos-3M» put into orbit successfully the spacecrafts by the Russian and international programs. It has been made commercial launching of the LV (launch vehicle) in behalf of USA, Sweden, Germany, Great Britain, China, Mexico, Italy and other countries. Just exactly LV «Cosmos-3M» was chosen by German company «OHB-System» (Bremen) for the putting into orbit of 5 satellites by the project of «Sar-Lupe» in behalf of the German defence ministry. 18, December 2006 from the cosmodrome «Plesetsk» was made a launching of LV «Cosmos-3M» with the 1st spacecraft «Sar-Lupe» aboard, 2, July 2007 the 2nd Germany military satellite was launched by the program «Sar-Lupe».The following 3 satellites of orbital grouping is planning to put into space during 2007-2008.
Another field of PC «Polyot» - is producing of spacecrafts of various purposes. For almost 40 years at the enterprise were made more than 250 satellites among of which 87 spacecrafts for the global navigation system GLONASS, 10 spacecrafts «Nadezhda» of international satellite system «COSPAS-SARSAT», satellites of remote probing of the Earth, small spacecrafts «University», «Mozhaez». At present SSC (small spacecraft) «Sterh» was developed by specialists of CD (construction department) PC «Polyot» which will changed SC «Nadezhda» and provide the development and more effective usage of the system «Cospas-Sarsat».
The enterprise with the help of high-technology production basis implements recent developments to the rocket-space technology and in the other industry.
PC «Polyot» is a producer of a light multi-purpose AN-3T airplane, the only one in the world which had accomplished a non-stop flight from South Pole to the shore of Antarctica, had overcome a distance more than 1400 km. It has delivered 23 airplanes which operating with success in many areas of RF.
For the oil sector it has developed a lot production of equipment package of a system of clearing of drilling fluid, for the plc (public corporation) «Russian Railways» PC «Polyot» is delivering a technological complexes for the bead-blasting treatment and painting of the carriages.
The most perspective development in the field of energy-saving equipment is a wind electric power installation of rotor-type on the base of Magnus effect for the supplying of the objects by electricity, which are not connected to the system of the electric supply.
After the entering in the vertical-integrable structure on the base of FSUE «Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center» FSUE PC «Polyot» will bind the future with the producing of components for LV «Proton-M» and «Rockot», on the serial production of the universal rocket modules of LV of new generation «Angara», on the production of small spacecrafts on the space bus «Yakhta», on the producing of the airplanes of the small aviation of «Aist T-411», so continuing to support and increase of the leading positions of Russia in the rocket space and aviation sectors.

The launch vehicle «Cosmos-3M»
The launch vehicle of a light class «Cosmos-3M» vehicle is intended for launching different-purpose automatic spaceship with the weight up to 1500 kg into circular, elliptic and solar-synchronous orbits up to 1700 km high. Flight Reliability – 0.97
Last years the works of enhancement of LV were carried out:
- It was provided a possibility of following launching one or two small spacecraft which are placed on the main spacecraft
- It was provided a possibility of the group launching of some small spacecrafts which are placed on the special adaptor, which is equipped by the revolving platforms and the separation system
- Head fairing of LV was created and air tested with the increase zone of the net load

Spacecraft «Nadezhda»
It is the main unit of the international space system of search and rescue «COSPAS-SARSAT», intended for defining the location of ships and aircrafts, which met calamity. With the help of the spacecraft it is spotted the coordinates of the watercrafts and aircrafts which are in distress in any part of the Earth within 3,6 km irrespective of the season, day and meteorological conditions. Owing to the «COSPAS-SARSAT» system it has discovered and rescued more than 20000 men, it has conveyed more than 5700 rescue operations. Producing of spacecrafts «Nadezhda» is from 1982 (It has launched 10 spacecrafts).

Light multipurpose aircraft AN-3T
Prototype model of the aircraft was built in 1998 on the Omsk PC «Polyot». On 31 of August 2000 certificate type ST 191-An-3T was given to the base modification of the An-3T airplane according to the demands of aviation rules ÀÏ-23, which harmonized with FAR-23 and certificate type on field noise SSH-112-An-3T. From 2000 An-3T was delivered serially in Omsk at PC «Polyot».
Possibility of landing field selection from the air, low stalling speed, available power, high strengthening qualities of the glider secured an extremely safety of carrying out of different work on the plane. An-3T is the most adapted for execution of aviation work at the places of the temporal basing on the unequipped aerodromes because it is simple and reliable aircraft.
AN-3T airplane, the only one in the world which had accomplished a non-stop flight from South Pole to the shore of Antarctica, had overcome a distance of 1470 km.

Airfoil «Ivolga» - is year-round high-economy multipurpose transport vehicle with the non-contact motion under the surface on the cruiser speed - 180 km/h. It is intended for the passenger operations and freight.
