1. General Terms

Virtual Exhibition is a specialized part of the Internet site of AVIASALON JSC, established for the informational support and development of your business. Virtual exposition represents a new generation approach to the exhibition activity. Your Virtual stand works for the contribution into your company’s image 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A search for the business partners and clients is not limited by the geographic borders and really saves your time. A complex promotion campaign of the project provides a stabile high attendance of the representation of your company by the specialists and persons concerned.

1.1. The domain name www.aviasalon.com - is a name of the official electronic address of the Virtual Aviation and Space Exhibition held by AVIASALON JSC in the Internet.
Virtual Aviation and Space Exhibition in the context of the International Aviation and Space Salons MAKS in the Russian Federation, that are held in the town of Zhukovsky in the odd years – is a name, representing the main content.

1.2. Exhibitors. The exposition is formed of the offers of the participants of the international aerospace market: Russian companies, companies from CIS and other foreign countries.

1.3. Visitors. Visitors of the exhibition are the manufacturers and consumers of the scientific, technical and commodity output of the companies, working in the aerospace branch and journalists, specialized in the aerospace topics.

1.4. Expositions. The expositions of the participants contain actual information on the exhibitor and his final products. This imposes a duty on the participants and the organizers of the exhibition to maintain the exposition and the requests in the on-line mode in relation to the business processes.

1.5. The language of the information presented. The exhibition Is bilingual: English and Russian. It means, that all the services offered by the exhibition to the participants and visitors are maintained in two languages. Still, exhibitors may present information in any other languages also.

1.6. The volume and the liquidity of the exhibits. The organizers of the exhibition plan to maintain a high liquidity of the products and services offered at the exhibition by means of limiting exhibitors membership in any of the thematic groups by means of the competitive substitution of the free exposition places. Thematic groups are formed on the basis of the traditional themes of MAKS.

2. Main services to the exhibitors and participants

2.1. Forming, placing and maintaining in the actual condition of the information about the exhibitor and his final products on this Virtual exhibition area.

2.2. Organizing of the automatic monitoring of the requests and offers to the visitors and exhibitors.

2.3. Creation, maintenance and distribution of the exposition complex of the exhibitor in terms of the existing world’s electronic areas for promotion of the products and offers.

2.4. Inclusion of all the products, composing the exhibitor’s exhibition complex (not only products that are currently on display at the exhibition area) into the group of production that can be served by the request of the visitor.

2.5. Registration of the whole exhibition complex of the exhibitor and his every product in the leading Internet searching systems.

2.6. Providing of the individual and common statistics of requests and offers from the both sides of the visitors and exhibitors.

2.7. Organizing of the real meetings of the exhibitors and visitors during MAKS.

3. The price of the information services

3.1. The price is calculated on the basis of the mean number of shows of the page of the exposition per month, reached in the preceding period.
The exhibitor provides the following materials for the exposition in the electronic variant: the company logo, the photo of the head of the company, brief description of the company’s activity. (logo: 75x75 pix, photo: 75x75 pix, text: not more than 900 symbols including spaces), full information about the activity of the company, it’s products and contact information (photos, text - not more that 5 web-pages; total size not more than 350 Kbs). If the volume of the information exceeds 350 Kbs, the price coefficient is introduced: less than 1Mb – x2, more than 1Mb – mutually agreed price

3.2. For the MAKS exhibitors - Duration of the exposition maintenance and prices (without VAT):
