The basic activity of the AVIASALON JSC is the organizing of the international and national aviation and space shows, exhibitions, symposia, conferences and other events of scientific, commercial and cultural type both in Russia and abroad.
In framework of realization of its basic activity the company provides to exhibitors and participants the following services:
- renting of indoor and outdoor exhibition space for expositions;
- renting of places for aircrafts at the static display area;
- renting of the hospitality chalets;
- publishing the info articles in the official catalogue of the exhibition and in the official Internet website;
- ensuring of the admission control, public and fire safety;
- providing of the emergency medical help during the events;
- guarding of the exhibition site; lighting and cleaning of areas at public disposal;
- water and power supply in the exhibition halls and chalets;
- communication services (telephone, fax, Internet);
- providing of the equipped conference halls for presentations and press-conferences;
- placing of the info articles on the activity and products presented by the MAKS exhibitors and other aerospace companies at www.aviasalon.com (Electronic Exhibition)
Besides this, AVIASALON JSC provides the following services through the third parties:
- advertising in the official catalogue and official news prints; outdoor advertising;
- warehousing;
- forwarding and customs clearance;
- insurance;
- standbuilding including an exhibitor’s name on the fascia board;
- tourist service;
- catering;
- souvenir trade;
Along with its basic activity AVIASALON JSC provides side work services that are not connected with exhibitions:
- renting of the warehouses;
- the parking place (day-and-night guarding).
